C++ Libraries for CLP, CLPFD, CLPQR

Hi,
I am creating my own implementation for Prolog in C++.
I wanted to incorporate CLP, CLPFD, CLPQR libraries in it and was
wondering where I can get it from.
Ofcourse I can create a bi-direction interface between SWI-Prolog and
my code and compile it into executable code, but I was wondering if
there is a direct way where I can get these libraries from somewhere.
Please let me know!
