OK after that rather cryptic topic line, here's the problem: I have a
CUPS printer device i have set up that takes a PS print job, and
converts it to a PDF file through ghostscript. When i print from the
linux box the output is fine (mainly for text in linux case). If i try
to print to the device from windows ipp using a postscript driver (MS
and Adobe generic behave the same way) it prints fine except after the
document does an extra page and spits out a PS error. The error isnt
always the same, but there always is one. How can i make this work
right?

Here are 2 examples of the errors:

ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: readline
STACK:
(
?”m?? _Pwo{ Ü ifi+âk;?7 Ú¥ T 2? °?¢ ;¡îu ? W?µ˜)?? zÆþ5{5{“¢?»ø-

and

ERROR: syntaxerror
OFFENDING COMMAND: findxref
STACK:

Also, i would like to be able to automatically have cups/ps include a
watermark on all pages of every pdf file that gets printed... how
could i go about this?

Thanks in advance,
Pat
