pop-forum has anyone got poplog linking and working yet on ASUS EEE?

The person who originally asked me for help apparently still hasn't
succeeded, either with a full install or using the pre-compiled
binaries I provided without X11 here:

I had hoped that would work after Chris Dollin wrote:

but apparently it did not.
Unfortunately I've not been able to get enough detailed information
to know exactly what goes wrong when.
Has anyone ever got Poplog working under Xandros ?
