New PL/1 site and 1st English article on it

New web site www.pl1.su is open, but still is in development.
It have deal with old/new PL/1 compiler for Win32. Links to compiler will available soon.
It's Russian language site mostly, but 1st article is in English.
It describes some changes made in language.

ZIP or RAR it, on about a dozen attempts it fails to download completely!

Oh, sorry! I'm almost zero as web master. But all my attempts were successful. Text is in rtf format, may be your firewall or another protection cut it?

The RAR file downloads flawlessly, and at 367k v 3.5Mb for the RTF should save
you lots of bandwidth! Quite interesting to see what extensions you're proposing
to make (or have already made)!
