Tips to find Technical Co-founder / Tech lead

I am based out of Bangalore, India. Where can I find technical co-
founder / tech lead for my company?

I have got the MVP out and have got customers paying for the product
already. Now I need to build the full product and take the product out
for mass adoption.

Any tips will be helpful.
