Net::DNS::TestNS build errors: Net::DNS::Header::data: no such method

I am trying to install Net::DNS::TestNS on two systems (RHEL-5 and
RHEL-6) and am getting the same error:

has anyone seen this issue before and can give me a hint how to
make this install?

The main issue seems to be:

I reinstalled Net::DNS but it does not help
