Subject: Automatic Usenet Binary Decoding
hiya!

Is there already a script for automatic usenet binary (alt.binaries...)
decoding for perl5? Until recently I used aub which worked fine with perl4, but
doesn't seem to work with perl5 (I guess because perl5 no longer uses
socket.ph) Does anyone know of a patch for aub for it to work with perl5 or of
any other similar script that can decode binaries for selected groups from a
NNTP host and works with perl5?

Please send any replies via email as I can't monitor this group regularly.

Bye,
    Tom.
