Update source for older versions?

Borland's FTP gives me permission denied. Is a safe source available for
update pack 3 for Delphi 4 Client/Server, and other files for that version?

Google for "d4cupd3.exe", and you'll find (amongst others)

I've just tested that one, it works.

How do you test? It would be nice if vendors published MD5's so we could
verify the integrity of files downloaded from other sources.

By "testing", I meant verifying the link is valid (points to an existing
file), the target is downloadable (no server problems) and executable
(not a corrupt archive/installer). Whether the file contains what it
said and should, is another matter - and has not been checked by me.
