responding to scrollbar movement in a DBGrid

Hi,

When a user scrolls my DBGrid I want to be able to pop up a memo as they
are acrolling letting them know where they are in the database - does
anyone know how do do this? What event is fired when a user clicks on the
scrollbar/thumb nail?
