Mandatory Requirements
Note: Candidates not meeting the following mandatory requirements as
contained in the RFP will not be considered for further evaluation:
1. Associate's Degree (Pass/Fail)
2. Minimum of 2 years experience Micro Focus COBOL (Pass/Fail)
3. Minimum of 2 years experience in Oracle 9i, Oracle 10g, or
higher (Pass/Fail)
Desirable Experience Preferred for These Positions
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
1. 5 years experience developing reports and queries from a large
Oracle transactional database containing over a billion rows.
2. 5 years experience performing development work in/using Micro
Focus Net Express against a database containing over a billion rows.
3. 5 years experience performing development work Oracle 9i or
Oracle 10g against a database containing over a billion rows.
4. 5 years experience performing development work in/using Oracle
PL/SQL, SQL against a database containing over a billion rows.
5. 5 years knowledge/experience in developing and using an
automated documentation system. (15 points)
6. 5 years experience managing version control and migrations
using PVCS. (5 points)
7. 5 years experience performing development work using PERL to
create batch executable scripts and to manipulate files and
directories.
