List for beginners

Is there a list for beginners to ask questions...given that the person
learning is **doing** the background work to learn.
For instance, there are many times when documentation and even books
on the matter may well be factually correct, but what is needed is a
conceptual understanding of the topic.

Fortunatly the scene has turned into a nicer place for Objective-C
learners. Especially on the Apple quite few books have been
published. There are quite good ones among them. So maybe checking
them out would be a good idea.

You can check out Steve Kochans website out. There is lots of help on
the forums and it's not like your going into a chatroom full of hungry
sharks waiting for fresh bait to chew on. IRC used to be a docile place
15 years ago. I dont even bother with it today. check out
classroomm.com and click on the forums.
