Does anyone still have an old copy of M3/PC Klagenfurt 1996 (based
upon DJGPP v2 ??) sitting around that they could upload for me? I
can't find it anywhere, neither via Google nor gatekeeper.dec.com
archives (only older 1994). I think the files were named "m3bin.exe"
and "m3src.exe" (.ZIP sfx). I've e-mailed Laszlo B. a few days ago,
esp. since he's probably the best person to know, but I haven't heard
anything yet, and I'm getting more and more pessimistic. :-(

P.S. Yes, I'm just a big DOS/DJGPP fan, just want to archive it
locally for my own amusement. I've already briefly tried latest CM3/
LINUXLIBC6 (minimal). Haven't tried PM3/Win32 yet, but hopefully it
doesn't need the MSVC linker (which I neither have nor want).

There are directories M3forDOS and m3pc dating from 1996 -

I did find that via searching, but the directory itself is dated 1996,
not the files, which are Jan. 1995 (which pretty much assumes M3PC.
94). However, I haven't looked inside, but I'm pretty sure it's the
same "old" 1994 DJGPPv1 copy (if README and INSTALL are correct). It's
a shame that nobody seems to have mirrored the latest! Surely somebody
must have a copy somewhere (I hope??). Well, if even Laszlo,
Klagenfurt, and Gatekeeper.DEC don't have it, I can't get my hopes too
high. :-/
