MiniD 2: An embeddable extension language

I've just called version 2 of my pet language, MiniD. It's an
embeddable extension language, based originally on Lua but with a C-
like syntax and a larger featureset. It works pretty well as a
standalone language as well. It's meant to be more practical than
conceptually pure, but that doesn't mean it tries to be Perl by any
stretch of the imagination.
