Strange.  I have /The_Road_To_Lisp_Survey from Google's Dec 7, 2008
03:39:40 GMT visit, but the last-modified date provided by the wiki
says 2006-04-06.

BTW, it appears that http://clrfi.alu.org/ is gone too.  Is that a
recent occurrence?
