common-lisp.net's upstream provider is having network trouble (assuming
it's network at this point, can't reach anything in their IP block).
My hosting provider is trying to get in touch with someone at Bytemark
that can figure out what's going on.  Will post follow-up as I learn
more.

Whatever problems they were having are now gone and common-lisp.net is
