hY,

Is there a way to create a symlink to a directory in CLISP?
It seems that posix:copy-file works only for files.

Thx,

I don't have CLISP, but have you tried specifying the source as /tmp
instead of /tmp/? For the purposes of symlinking, you treat directories
as the actual file, not a container.

Unfortunately, CLISP's PROBE-FILE doesn't work for directories
regardless the form you specify.

(posix:copy-file "/tmp" "/tmp/link" :method :symlink)
*** - PROBE-FILE: "/tmp" names a directory, not a file

Lisp is not dead, it just smells funny.
