I am using the Solaris version of Lispworks 4.2. Version 4.2
introduced an annoying toolbar which consumes a big amount of space in
all windows. I have not been able to find information about how to
disable the toolbar in the Lispworks documentation. Does anybody know
how to get rid of it?
