Oddly, they say it WAS released on 2010-01-12.
It is odd for them to recommend the RC as the best version.
Maybe the website is in transition.

Java Address book

Does this exist?
simple java program for maintaining names addresses, emails,
birthdays, and misc facts about people. You can select a group of
people and it will print out a summary of what you know about them on
a single sheet. Can be RAM-resident. The list is not that large.

Actually, when I started TB 3 the first time after install the tab was
right there. I did not have to look out for it - instead it directly
jumped at me. Maybe you did something different with your install.
