MX4J 1.1 is an open source implementation of the JMX technology, version
1.1.
It implements all the functionalities defined in the JMX 1.1 specification,
and it is serialization interoperable with the JMX Reference Implementation.

It features a fast invocation layer for standard MBean based on on-the-fly
bytecode generation, a flexible logging system, a highly customizable
interceptor based MBeanServer implementation and several MBean tools and
examples.
It also features adaptors and connectors to interact with remote JMX Agents
via RMI/JRMP, RMI/JRMP/SSL, RMI/IIOP, HTTP/XML/XSLT, HTTPS/XML/XSLT.
