Hello all,
Can anybody suggest a free documentation tool that will convert java
source code to html having easy cross references to variable and
method definitions?

Check out the following site :
http://www.confluent.fr/javadoc/indexe.htm , it is a site in France who
has compiled the Java2 Api Specs into Window Help Files. I uses the
Help files alot. It is a great program.
