colors in 'ps'

Hello,
I have two different queries.
1) In contour plot, different colors are coming with appropriate color bars if the plot is in 'window'. But if I convert it in 'ps', some colors are not showing up.
2)In x axis title, I want to put Delta (i.e. triangle).
I will be grateful for kind help.
