I've just recently posted a stable beta-release (version 0.10.3) of an
interepreter for the Cat language at http://code.google.com/p/cat-language/downloads/list.

The binaries and installer are avilable for Windows only, but the
source code is public domain, and people have reported success
compiling it on Mono.
Cat is a functional stack-based language with an optional type system.
