the Introducing Ocaml article:
http://www.ffconsultancy.com/products/ocaml_journal/free/introduction.html
has a link for "AT&T" (regarding Galax) that links to belllabs.com.
these are two very different companies. three, even, since bellabs.com
appears to be some kind of rodent control thing, not the lucent/alcatel division
you were probably thinking of.
