FPQi second edition is now readable online as a series of high
resolution jpeg images with a searchable index and contents page.  Go
to www.lambdassociates.org and click on 'documentation'.

On a personal note; thanks to all who wrote in with appreciation for
this book and who told me they had received it.  It seems after the
initial hiatus, that everything went fine and I've had no outstanding
complaints so far.
