Help Wanted - Calcomp Subroutines for HPGL Creation

I am looking for a set of Fortran (if possible) plot subroutines which
will create a HPGL plotfile using Calcomp pen plotter compatible plot
calls (i.e., PLOT, PLOTS, SYMBOL, etc.). Does anyone have these, or know
where I might look further for them. Thanks for your help!

HP themselves sell a library which is called something like "ISPP" -
Industry Standard Plotting Package. At least they did when we bought our
7470A. It was available for a variety of machines, and came as
FORTRAN source code. I still have the RT-11 version squirreled away
somewhere, although the machine itself is long gone.

ISPP seems to be the code word for "Calcomp-style calls".

If you're on a PC, the PLOT88 library follows ISPP format. It will do
HPGL and will send it to a file. One problem with PLOT88 is that, as
part of a package supporting many devices, it uses only the simple
move-draw commands (PA, PU, PD, etc.) so text comes out as lots of short
strokes rather than just LB commands.
