Hi

Complete working block editor (give the display a chance).
New joypad word JOY
UTF-8 and UTF-16 input using new rewritten file input word
Better file roots via "/xx" -> "root/xx" substitution
Illegal opcode now prints IP register

bad news is it still crashes on word not found.
