Subject: [ANN] Pygmy Forth 1.7 (for DOS) released
A new version of Pygmy Forth for DOS, version 1.7, is now available at

  http://pygmy.utoh.org/forth.html

It runs under various versions of DOS, including a DOS box in any
version of Microsoft Windows and FreeDOS or other versions of DOS
under the DOS emulator (dosemu) on Linux.

It includes an assembler, screen editor and line editor, multitasker,
full source code and the ability to generate custom versions
(metacompiler), etc.

The license is BSD/MIT/X-style so you can use it freely.  The shadow
blocks are now included in the main distribution as well as a 68HC11
cross assembler and my article on "A 3-Instruction Forth", manual,
tutorial, etc.

As always, comments, suggestions, and corrections are welcome.
