Please comment on a ciforth introduction

For some time there has been an introductory text for ciforth
in Dutch on the site of the Dutch Forth chapter.
I have come around to translating it:

The focus is on enticing non professionals to try out Forth.

It would be nice to put all the info onto a single big page, or at least
have a "next" link on each page, to make navigation easier.

The content index should be visible at all times at the left,
so you can click on the next chapter, or any chapter.
