The only EXE that is 16 bit since a VERY long time ago is the IDE. The
rest are all 32 bit programs and they all run Under Vista and Win 7.
That includes 32 bit and 64 bit versions.

Use the newer version of TPSFIX as of 6.0 it's now multi threaded. You
can then open more than one file at a time and view them side by side.
TPSFIX can be distributed so long as you include the DLL's it needs.
