feature is on? When you do a driver install the default is usually to
have the duplex set to off. If they grabbed a Windows updated new
printer driver it would explain it all.
My duplex printer is set in the properties of the printer driver by me
as duplex ON by default. Any settings you did in any app you delivered
I doubt would change the printer driver default properties. So if it
quit duplexing from your app it could not have changed the default
properties for other applications. If you explicitly set the duplex
option off and it is on in the default it will shut it off for that
report.
