You know, I really think that trying to police other people's

Most American cities are full of scumbags like the above who own 20 year
old lowered Honda Civics with tinted windows, noisy exhausts, and cheap
subwoofers speeding around drunkenly weaving in and out through traffic,
tailgating, and making general nuisances of themselves. Another one off
the road (hopefully) forever is a good thing
