I am writing to report the repeated and systematic abuse of the Usenet
group *comp.lang.c++* by *Rick C. Hodgin* (*rick.c...@gmail.com*)
using your Google Groups facility.

Mr Hodgin repeatedly posts off topic religious posts to the group both as
new topics and as replies to technical posts of others and is causing
immense disruption to the group.

Please would you warn Mr Hodgin to cease and desist and if he fails to do

It's very frustrating to report spam to a source and have it fall

I reported your messages over 20 times before there was any move-
ment, and I'm almost positive it only moved because other people
reported it who weren't me.

I will abide by the decision of Google. When I am banned, that

abuse (spam). Could others do the same please? A concerted effort may
result in Google doing something to ban this idiot.

As for my talents, I can be given tasks to do and see if I can do

I'm not asking for a job. I'm offering my labor for free to help
people. I'm willing to spend time helping Juha or Kenny improve
their products / tasks / plans / goals, so they can accomplish more
with the assistance than they could do on their own.

It's not a for-fee service. It's a gift of free labor, because I
truly care about people and want them to see that love in practice,
and not just in words.

No sermons. Military people wear their various badges and insignia
on their uniforms as they go. As I am known as a Christian, so I
would be as I go as well, but it would not be the equivalent of me
pointing to my badges and insignia and saying, "I was awarded this
one for such-and-such activity and such-a-such place." I would
simply be there, doing for the people. Who I am would naturally
carry with me.

Boltar, why do you think I reach out to people about the knowledge
of Jesus Christ? Am I doing it to grow my posse? Am I doing it
so people will send me money? Am I doing it for some self-serving
reason? Or am I doing it because people have sin and I want them
to be forgiven and to be saved?

stack, one that is built not on profit-seeking, but one on honoring
the Lord Jesus Christ first, and then being given to people for the

ever it costs to have the technology manufactured.

I'm honestly and truly looking to serve God in this world, by looking
to the people He placed here and serving Him by giving to them in

You can be pretty sure that Google ignores your messages unless they
expect things to become very expensive otherwise, e.g. because it is
contrary to US law.

Not a chance. Google don't give a damn about usenet and haven't since about
2 minutes after they bought up dejanews and fucked it up. Plus while annoying
he's not posted anything defamatory or illegal in any jurisdiction (unless
you count some mad muslim countries that have an issue with christians) and
I very much doubt google give a rats arse about off topic posts on a service
they long ago stopped caring about.
