What happened to it?
The last post I see in my reader is dated 5/22/2016 and there doesn't
seem to be more to download, is it just me?

The moderation system stopped working. It was based on free hosting. If
you search this group you may find the posting where Victor Bazarov, the
last mod to hold the fort, explained this.
