Get a good book. C++ cannot really be learned from a tutorial
no matter how good the tutorial might be.

Thinking in C++ by Bruce Eckel is quite good. You can get it online in
various formats. http://www.mindview.net/Books

How about a book? I suggest Koenig and Moo's "Accelerated C++" which will
get you up to speed very quickly with the C++ standard library.

I used Google

http://www.google.com/

to search for

+"C++ tutorial" +"C programmer"

and I found C++ tutorial for C users at

http://www.lysator.liu.se/c/c-www.html

I don't get paid for endorsing expensive textbooks.

If you learnt C++ from online tutorials you probably won't get paid
for writing it either.

Suggesting that the OP buy (or download for free in the case of
Eckel's) a book is good advice.
