A good book to learn C++ is "Accelerated C++" by Andrew Koenig and Barbara

Well, Aki, since you want to be a good C++ programmer, you'd better
buy some book rather than reading online tutorials.
a good book is memtioned by David. I suggest one more <<C++ Prime>> by
Stanley Lippman.

A good book for interview is <<Best Practice for Programmer
Interview>>.

Free Online books go to the c++ section.
It's my personal favourite book (edition 1 and 2)

If you have some basics in c++ have a look at this book:

http://www.mindview.net/Books/TICPP/ThinkingInCPP2e.html

It's good and for free in internet and for small price you can buy a
printable version. After reading that book you will have decent
knowlesge to do more advanced programs.
