Hello,

I'd like to know if there are some C++ class browsers freely available?
Or even better a kind of development environment for C++ which includes
such a browser?

Look at the OO browser subsystem (OOBR) that works with Xemacs.  Start
at http://www.xemacs.org; also look at
http://www.cs.indiana.edu/elisp/oo-browser/oo-browser_toc.html
