VC++ static linkingproblem

Hi,

when using std::cout << int after static /MT linking i get unresolved
external message. When using /MD there is no such problem.

Any1 knows what causes this?

Try asking in 'microsoft.public.vc.language', where VC++ specific
inquiries are on topic. Here they aren't.
