MSH Flex Grid

I have an app that uses mshflexgrid among other active x controls (naturally
being vb)

I have one problem under xp unless you are the administrator you cant
register the control, so I installed the app when logged in as administrator
still no good when another user runs the app I get an error message saying
the control is not registered?

any ideas?
