Why can't circumcised men become morris dancers?

You have to be a complete prick to be a morris dancer.

(Morris dancers are those chaps with silly clothes and bells on their feet
who provide such a delightful feature of English rustic life.)

This came to me from the pathology dept of Stoke Mandeville hospital where
my girlfriend works.
