Provisionally booked at the Lea Valley YHA
Friday 17 May
to
Sunday 19 May.
If we get ten takers the un-sponsored price will be approximately £100
per head for full board and conference facilities.
Last year there were fifteen mooters, twelve in residence.
The price goes down the more residents we get. We can accommodate up
to twenty.
The proceedings will start, as last year, with the BAA AGM if agreed
nem. con..
I have 'til Monday 1 April to confirm, amend or cancel.
I shall confirm if I hear from ten hopefuls before the deadline.

point I decide whether enough people want to go to make it
worthwhile.
I don't need a binding commitment. Just an indication that you are
quite likely to go.
The price I quoted is a maximum and MIGHT be offset by sponsorship but
I can't do anything about that until I know it's going to happen.
