Announce: DSA Messenger example

Hello,

I am pleased to announce new example of use QtAda in distributed
application - DSA Messenger. It is simple multiuser chat application,
which use DSA application personality of PolyORB to split Ada
application into several partitions and QtAda to implement client's
GUI.
