I'm using HTML HyperEdit and loving it; my colleague would rather have a
set of WinWord 6.0 macros that either provides an HTML scripting
environment or formats existing documents. Anyone know of such a program?
Thanks.

Assuming that Microsoft haven't (yet) changed the winword macro language you
could try using the word macros written by the folks in Georgia (I think it
was Georgia Tech). I recall the file name was gt_html.zip (it is about 15k),
but I don't recall the site address or directory.

I've been using their template in Word 6.0 and can verify that it
works. Word 6.0 also opens up possibilities for really building
on this set of macros - hopefully someone out there (e.g., the
Georgia Tech folks who developed the original template) will work on this...

I need to develop an on-line help system for an X Windows (Motif)
application. Does anyone know of PD or commercial software?

Thanks in advance (appologies if this is in the FAQ)

There are a number (last time I looked). Browse through
the X11 contrib directory (there are only 1000's there :-)):

ftp: ftp.x.org /contrib

However, it is my opinion that by far the best help system
would be built on www (and Mosaic for a client). If you have
never seen www client software and Mosaic, browse through

ftp: ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu /Web

Cheers.
More info available on request.
