Hi, we randomly getting error "500 internal server error" in our 3 Apache httpd server and we are having hard time to resolve this issue. Please advice what else we can check or adjust in the configuration so that we can avoid such error in the future. Thanks

Any indication in your error.log or access.log ?

Try to determine the date/time of errors and sync
it up in your log files.
If it's in a script, you could also try adding a
ScriptLog directive to get more info. Once you
have it isolated to a script, you can add debug
stmts if that's the cause.
