In a continuing effort to debug and fix my httpd, does anyone know what
causes this message:

[Wed Feb 1 23:54:30 1995] socket error: accept failed

What effect is it having on the httpd? I've already asked under a different
message what the 'Killing Process' message is, in the error log. Is it all
related? Steps to avoid? Does httpd v1.4 fix this?

Also, when we had our 56K line we'd get time-outs in the error_log that
indicated to me that the httpd couldn't push the data through fast enough.
But we've upgraded to a T1 and even during times of quiet, I still see
time outs. Anything on this? Solaris 2.3 pathced on SPARC. Plenty of
memory available. -Gary
