Can anyone tell me where I can find, in print, or on the Internet, a
directory of all Internet Service Providers in the U.S.?

You could try "http://www.netusa.net:80/ISP/". Sorry but I haven't
tried it myself for a bit, so I don't know if it is still an active
site.
