Macromedia Flash - scrolling halts

If I use a mouse wheel to scroll down a page, I must dodge the
Macromedia Flash frames or my scrolling will stop until I take the mouse
off of that frame. Anyone know how to prevent this? It annoying! I just
want to scroll over this stuff.
