I'm sure you can set up a jungle of <div> tags and throw in display:

This looks like an artificially crippled form of a table of data. If you 
have been indoctrinated into thinking that tables are evil, there is 
little hope, though. People don't just abandon absurd religious beliefs; 
but they may trade them for some more tempting beliefs of another religion.
