It's where to come for stylesheet advice, where appropriate, or for
whatever other advice may unexpectedly prove to be more appropriate.

Even a gastro-enterological surgeon is wise to refrain from operating on
someone manifesting only the sort of abdominal pains a bout of the shingles
can inflict on someone :-) .
