at least so I hear

Personal style sheets
using W3C's Core Styles
munge invalid markup

This one's a bit dated, but my first experiments with CSS involved MSIE3
(since replaced by MSIE4 as the corporate standard browser).

CSS?  SS!
IE3 has no cascade
unclear on concept
