First of all, this has nothing to do with JavaScript. For general
questions, try a group in the comp.infosystems.www.authoring.* category.
Which page will be sent when a visitor enters "www.mywebpage.com"
depends on your web server configuration. Usually "index.html" or some
variation of this is used as the directory index page. Which means that
this is the page which would have to contain the frame set.
As for "new and improved framed webpage", there are very good reasons
why most sites don't use frames anymore. You should be able to find out
more about the issues with frames with Google or Wikipedia.
